Copulative verbs are most common when we want to describe people or things in English using adjectives.
Examples of no copulative verbs:
The cat ran after the mouse in the yard.
She quickly shut the door before the storm started.
They painted the house a bright blue color.
The dog barked loudly at the person coming closer.
